You can not get a refund for your purchased pass, but you can do a name change for additional
10€ on Go&dance webpage. You can check the refund policy on the official online ticket shop of the festival,

How do I get to the city center?
There will be a hotel shuttle available which will take you to the city center in just 10 minutes and you
can also order a taxi.
When is breakfast?
Breakfast is from 7am to 11am.
When is dinner?
Dinner is from 7pm to 9pm.
Is there any option for lunch?
There is a restaurant in the hotel serving lunch a la carte from 12am to 4 pm.
Additionally there is also a bar, where you can get snacks (toast, pizza, burger…) during the whole day.
When do the workshops start?
The workshops will start at 12:00 and finish at 19:40.
In between there will be a lunch break from 15:10 to 16:30.
How do I get my pass?
All the passes can be received at the registration desk during the working hours.
Is parking available at the hotel?
The hotel will provide free parking for all the guests of the festival.
There are more than 200 parking spaces available.
How to travel from the airport to the hotel?
We have created a collaboration with GoOpti company, which provides transfer from all the airports around Slovenia,
directly to the main hotel Four Points by Sheraton.
